My friends and I (3 girls) booked appointments for roughly the same time this evening individually to have separate payments. They canceled one of my friend’s appointments early this morning (after the cancellation window of course). I tried to call in to cancel my appointment and my friend’s appointment at no cost - not our fault one of us was cancelled on.
