I initially purchased a standard piece to check their timeliness and quality, and it went well. Following that, I ordered two more custom-colored diamond pieces. Unfortunately, the bails (the part that your chain goes through) on 2 out of 3 pieces broke off. I’m very disappointed, as I was assured there was a lifetime warranty, but I’ve been unable to get any assistance with repairs. I’ve been reaching out for almost a year. This place was great! Wonderful employees and great service to their customers. Needed my engagement rings resized ASAP and they were able to meet my needs in ONE DAY! Very appreciative for them! Worth the cost and services! I recommend this place for your jewelry repairs and resizing needs. :)
I recently bought a pair of earrings from The W Brothers jewellery & not just the product itself, but the packaging & the shipping too were very good. Nice collection - planning to buy more again.....
Durring my trip in Nogales I visited The W Brothers . The owner of the shop helped me fabulous after closing time to find the right stone for someone. The service was great and early in the morning I could continue my trip (exact within my timeschedule).
