Edit: after 4 years of a faithful relationship with Pat and trusting his views, this new person takes over and charges me more than I was charged for the same service 6 months later. I asked for the owner to call me back and 4 weeks later, I am still waiting for that call. I get inflation etc, but his attitude was not the best. I will take my biz back to either Autowerkes or New England Imports. Also, I’ve had at least 6 people go to them for service. They lost a long time customer. Bring Pat back! Colby was great and they did diagnosis for free. Turns out I didn’t need anything after all (thanks for the scare dealership!) and he also gave me suggestions on how/ where to find cheap spare parts for future installation. Unfortunately, on my return visit, Fox News was on the tv and go Brandon stamps/ stickers were everywhere. I’m not sure if they weren’t there before or I just didn’t notice them, but I won’t be coming back. 2014 VW Jetta Sportwagen-needed to find a VW shop in the Portland area and came across VW GARAGE ! I talked to Colby who has great customer service and he was able to send me a quote for a seat belt replacement. Price was great and I was able to get it done quickly. The owner Cory was also exceptional and responded to me right away even while he was out of the country! Would highly recommend
