When rent was $875 ONE year ago, I could see living here. Now it costs $1350 for a one bedroom in an unsafe neighborhood. Lots of homeless people around, I’ve seen them frequently inside the complex. The gate doesn’t ever actually lock to stop random people on the street from stopping in. Also, this is that apartment complex where a police officer was shot in December 2021.
