The lack of concern and safety at this place is completely mind blowing. Tenants getting shot in the face by other tenants, jumped and assaulted, dogs running lose 24/7 fighting each other and disrespectful neighbors. This complex is overrun with many issues upon moving in and has become quite concerning. My neighbor has 6 animal in her apartment and 2 of the dogs has shown aggression more than once. Been here 3 going on 4 years. 2 Apartments later. Can’t take a Bath as the paint in the tub is peeling. Roaches have gotten out of control lately, my kitchen and living room has flooded on 3 different occasions due to the storms and bad weather since June 2025, and nothing can supposedly be done about it. I have pictures and videos of the rain coming from under the door and baseboards. So imagine how raggedy the floor is beginning to look. Bathroom sink stays clogged up making us not able to use it. Under new management with renovations happening weekly.
We just moved here a few months ago and I can tell it is a community that has been through some unreliable staff however since I’ve moved in I’ve seen new staff hired and I’ve watched these maintenance men work their asses off every single day of the week to try and answer every single work order, complaint and issue they’re made aware of. You can’t blame new staff for things left undone by the previous employees whom no longer work here but this owner here recognizes the issues and is quick to fire and hire better people.
