My name is Jax, and apparently my dad thought it was a good idea to move me from Las Vegas to St. George because of something called a “job relocation.” I was not consulted. I have lived here for almost a year now. The apartments are modern and spacious. The gym and pool are the best I’ve ever seen at any apartment complex. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I’m really glad that I chose these apartments as my home!
Not so “luxury apartments” no elevator, the floors are so uneven that you can see how bumpy they are, walls don’t even touch the baseboards of the walls, hardly keep up with the cleaning maintenance of the building, their whole parking is such a scam trying to have our own guest pay but they can Airbnb and have other people use their resident parking, can’t make up their minds if they want to do an App or give us parking passes, i wouldn’t recommend paying 2k of rent when you can really find luxury apartments/ townhomes in t... read more
I was the first person to move into The Vue at Desert Color, and I've since renewed my lease. That pretty much says it all. The apartments are gorgeous. Modern, roomy, and the amenities beat anything else around St. George. But honestly, the management team is what makes this place. They actually care about the people living here. Always professional, always responsive, always welcoming. If you’re looking for an apartment in St. George, just tour this one. You won’t regret it.
We’ve had a really great experience so far! The apartment complex is beautiful, clean, and feels very updated, and the move-in process was much smoother than we expected. Brinley in the front office has also been especially helpful and kind throughout everything, which made a huge difference during such a stressful process. Our apartment already feels cozy and like home, and we’re really excited to be here!
