Just a quick word about Dave. Dave is the “Go to” guy when you have an issue with any trouble in your apartment at the VUE in Overland Park. There have been few issues since I moved in about a year ago. But here’s an example from earlier this weekend. I went to the office to report that my toilet seat was broken. Within the hour, Dave was there and installed a new seat. He’s efficient, but he’s just a really nice guy, too!
