I’ve stayed with The Vue for about 3 years and would consider it very average. Overall the complex looks nice and has a few nice amenities, but I’d make absolutely sure it is for you before you let downtown OP sweep you off of your feet. Many of our appliances have deteriorated over time and lots of our hardware has become janky and loose. These are easy fixes but feel cheap overall. Not only is the building absolutely amazing, but the team is truly exceptional. They always find a solution to everything. Kind, welcoming, and efficient — they go above and beyond. Special thanks to Leigh and Grace, who helped me so much and were incredibly flexible at all times. This team genuinely cares about their residents, and that makes all the difference.
There are plenty of nice apartment complexes to chose from all of which have nice amenities. The difference here comes down to staff. The crew at The Vue is unparalleled. Their professionalism, care and concern for the quality of their work truly shows. Leigh is extremely warm, welcoming and authentic! Dave is extremely quick to respond to any needs you have and a consummate professional. The team here makes the difference, love living here!
I am absolutely loving living here at the Vue. My daughter and I moved in this past November and Leigh made the tour so welcoming and I immediately knew I loved it here. I also have to say I have never had a maintenance guy quite like Dave! My daughter and I accidentally got locked out of our apartment and at 1:30 in the morning Dave jumped up and was on his way to come help us! The community here is amazing and my every resident here is so nice to my little girl. We love it here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon :)
Shout out to Leigh and Joni in the office. They are absolutely hilarious and I enjoy being in their space and they are easy to talk to. Thank you ladies! Keep up the good work!
