Completely inhumane. The customer service here SUCKS. Read all the other ONE STAR REVIEWS. Watch them say they can’t locate my information in response… Theresa is the girl working my case and it has taken her two weeks to respond to a text and to ask me a question I told her I needed more information on. She never explains anything nor does she answer questions. They’re working on their pay out as we speak. But forget mine. I’ve asked for the lawyer to call me, no one will let him call me.
