I completely admired the 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom loft, I was shown by the professional staff during my tour at "The Vox" on Washington. Since my move in , I've been impressed by the friendly and responsive management team. Maintenance requests are handled respectfully and promptly. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to meeting the needs of residents. I appreciate their acts of kindness, support and for making my living quarters such a great experience.
I lived at the fox apartments for 6 months and had a very disappointing experience. The apartment constantly smelled like smoke. The rent is extremely high and not worth the money given the many problems with the apartment and management. The leasing office was incredibly difficult to reach, with calls and emails often going unanswered for days. The second we walked in the door we were sold. We’ve been living here a little over a month, and we have loved every minute beyond what we imagined! The floor space you get, the nice tall ceilings, I am such a fan of living in a loft. The Latch ecosystem is fantastic, makes for an easy pit stop at the Draper’s gym. Maintenance is always lightning quick, bike storage is awesome. Our only gripe is the vehicle gate at the parking lot! Coming in it’s no issue, but having to jump out of the car and quickly get back in to catch th... read more
