Had a fantastic experience at the void. I walked in pretty nervous and anxious for my piercing, and Allie made the whole experience comfortable, fun, informative, and professional. They have high standards for cleanliness and jewelry. Would recommend and will return.
Wow wow wow. What can I say other than… did I just meet my new besties?! The Ladies of The Void absolutely blew me away with their kindness, humor, piercing expertise, and their magical ability to make you feel like you’ve just walked into their home. 5-star quality! Between the friendly, fun and welcoming environment to the amazing staff. It was a wonderful experience, and I'm overjoyed with my new piercing! Kieri did a great job and made sure it was exactly as I liked it, because I am picky asf! She knew I was in there celebrating myself for my birthday and she really made it a fun experience! The Void is one of my favorite spots around to stop in to shop their awesome clothing selection, but I recently got 4 piercings replaced here & it was an amazing experience. Ali (Allie?) is so knowledgeable & professional & swapped out my tragus, 2 helix & nose piercings with the cutest high quality jewelry. They have a great selection here especially of gold stuff! I got a little bumble bee nose stud, crescent moon earring, snake & hoop. Absolutely would come back for any more piercing needs.
Definitely would recommend this place to anyone! Great service! Very professional! Great customer service! Very nice people! Clean! ALL around great experience!
