I come in all the way from Poco because I love this dental clinic. Always treated good and cared for.
Outstanding service. I'm pretty much blown away by how pleasant my first two appointments have been. Communication all around is top notch and the technology available and the incredibly experienced staff made my first dental visit in 30 years, a safe, trusting and pleasant experience. The team at The Vital Smile are outstanding. They provide friendly and meticulous care using the very best equipment. An outstanding practice.
The Vital Smile staff is kind and professional. The hygienist is always fast and careful. Although my interactions with the dentists are minimal, they are also quite pleasant.
Unfortunately, the quality has declined over the years. The clinic even outsources some of their services now without informing patients, as a result my hygienist was very inexperienced and did a very poor job.
