I've been a patient at Vital Smile for over 25 years, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. From the front desk to the hygienists and dentists, every visit is a positive experience. It's rare to find a practice that consistently delivers such a high standard of care for so many years. Great dentists and hygienists. But I experienced multiple pushbacks from the admin/front desk staff when I repeatedly asked for details of the invoices after I already settled my payment up front in the $800+ range with further request for payment. First via emails and more than 2 weeks past still not sent to me. Is there something to hide for not willing to share the treatment details? I believe that’s not the practice Dr. Bass conducts business but it’s just awkward that I had to stand in front of the front desk to further... read more
