Despite some of the negative reviews I came across, I decided to move in three months ago—and I’m really glad I did. From day one, the staff has been incredibly welcoming. There’s no laundry machine in the room, They have some machines in the basement for everyone but some don’t work even they fix it breaks quick, we just need the replacement.
Been here for 3 years. I noticed poor communication from management immediately. You can sense the attitude when trying to address an issue with them. The best thing and only thing about the building is the front desk security and recently, the package room assistant. I’ve had my groceries accidentally delivered to the wrong apt. Instead of the tenant refusing it, they took my groceries. Weed smell all throughout the building including the stairways.
