I am deeply disappointed with Vista Autism Services. My son, who is autistic, was discharged with little to no warning, leaving us scrambling for alternative care. This abrupt decision shows a lack of understanding and compassion for the families they are supposed to support. Throughout our time with Vista, it was clear they struggled with proper staff-to-client ratios, which significantly impacted the quality of care my son received.
