Great place to live. Nice neighbors!
A and M builders score 4 out of 10. They build a nice home, but follow up on repairs while under warranty is still been an ongoing issue. They say they will come and fix warranty items, and dont. Aaron (the builder) is very short tempered and is not customer friendly. He is hard to work with. House prices start at about 210k plus lot. The other builder is Horton who frankly builds cheap homes and for them it's all about quantity over quality. They want to keep their record for being the largest home builder in the states.
