We have lived in a studio apartment here for almost 3 years; it's not a bad space for two people, and it is more than enough space for one person. We have never had any issues with safety or finding a parking space. The pool and clubhouse areas are always clean and conveniently located for us. The gym is a little small, but super functional. They told us to apply and pay $300 in fees, we did as told just for them to tell us we had to do 3 extra steps in order to APPLY!! Annoying, but we did the steps and they fully ghosted us ! So now we’re left clueless and down $300! What a POS
Where do I begin?! I really wanted to like the Vista’s, I really planned on my family staying long term until we were ready to buy. Let’s start with move in day, we moved in exactly one day early and our apartment was beyond disgusting. It looked like someone was squatting in our apartment. Walls were all colored on and scratched up, dryer had clearly been colored by someone’s child, bathrooms were disgusting. Someone had used the restroom, and left urine in the toilet. The apartments are very nice and clean. The ground are great and kept up. The only issue I've had are the staff in office. They could be more kinder and helpful. That's disappointing.
