My other daughter lived there through college as well (not at the same time). These people prey on vulnerable, young college students enticing them to sign renewal leases 9 months in advance and when life circumstances change, they leave it up to them to re-let the unit instead of assisting them. I’ve been living here for a few years now, and I’ve never had my needs addressed as efficiently and effectively as they have been recently. Since Zahraa took over, she has been amazing. Her communication skills are excellent, and she consistently provides timely responses. It’s been a noticeable improvement, and I truly appreciate her efforts
I moved to The Vista in August of 2024, and I've been thoroughly enjoying my stay! Rent is affordable, my roommates have quickly become friends, the different amenities provided have been great, and the many events that have been hosted were incredible! However, I only give 4 stars since the entry gates to the apartment complex could be fixed so they could be closed properly, and the doors to building B could also be fixed. Overall, I really like The Vista and look forward to living here for a few more years!
My time here at The Vistas is nothing but the best. As a student-athlete, I get to live with my teammates. The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of students. From the spacious rooms to the cozy common areas, everything feels welcoming and conducive to studying and relaxing. The location is perfect, close to campus, public transportation, and many local stores nearby. I moved into The Vista in August and I have had a very pleasant experience! The free printing is very convenient and I have become very good friends with my roommates. I even got a cat so it’s nice being somewhere that’s pet friendly. My room is spacious and comfortable for a good price with everything included. I have enjoyed my stay here so far and I just renewed so I’m excited for another year 😊
