A truly humiliating experience. I walked in as a new patient and was treated terribly. The gentlemen who was closing out my visit was totally unprofessional. After attempting to charge me without my insurance, which was literally placed on the counter in front of him, he rolled away without any apology and left it to another person to close. All around uninviting and unpleasant.
I went in yesterday and my experience was above my expectations. She took the time to ask me questions and answering mine. She made me feel comfortable. She definitely new what she was doing. Definitely coming back!
Always have a great experience when visiting for my annual check up. Dr. Palomino was thorough and very informative. Her staff was accommodating to my schedule. I work in the healthcare industry and I can assure everyone that this experience is as good as it gets. I highly recommend The Vision Place.
Dr. Palomino is great at explaining what’s going on, and is very thorough. I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff. They are helpful and efficient.
Have been a few times and always treated very rudely. By both the assistants as well as the Dr. Who is as insensitive and unhelpful as they come. Not to mention today, I get a bill in the mail from August 2017. Why would you wait six months to bill a patient?! Clearly they’re desperate for the money. Won’t be back ever!
Dr. Palomino is awesome along with her staff! Been a patient for several years. My eyesight has actually improved!
I have been a patient of Dr. Palomino’s since 2011! I have always been very satisfied with their customer service and Dr. Palomino provides very comprehensive and thorough examinations! She even alerted my husband that his optic nerve appeared swollen which, we would have not known otherwise or not until other, more serious symptoms may have started. We love The Vision Place!!
First time customer and I was very happy with the service. My glasses came in sooner than what was expected!
