As always, my visit with Stephanie and Dr. Chuck Stevenson was stellar.
United Healthcare didn’t provide for a ride back to Panama City which is 2 counties away. But the services were great.
Dr Laird and her nurse are absolutely wonderful. I had a very very nice visit. Started going to that office in 1997 with my children whom are now grown. Im now 61 and was so pleased, felt very welcomed and at home. I think the whole staff was very kind & professional! Very pleased with my Dr and sweetheart of a nurse who cared for me. Very disappointing. Myself and several family members have been patients for many years.however every since it has been bought and under new management we all have had disappointing experiences. My insurance was charged for some things I didn't ask for or approve. I called and asked about this. Was told I need to speak to an office manager and was transferred to a message machine. I requested a call back. Never was called. I called again and left a message with the front desk to have the office manager call me. Again, no ret... read more
