The last glasses I got were worse than the old ones I had. The lens kept popping out and I took it back and it kept doing it. I decided to wear my old glasses. Then I made my next appointment but the day of, I ended up across the street in the emergency room and come too find out, I had another cancer. But I called and told whoever answered the phone at the vision center that I was in the emergency room and she asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told her I would call back after I was out of the emergency room. Would rate zero stars if I could. This place needs to do better.I promise you will find better service elsewhere. Walmart treated me more professionally and better than this place. It’s very unfortunate I have to drive 30+ minutes away just to receive good service and eye care without having to pay extra just for their mistake.
My kids and I all go to the vision center for our eye exams and glasses and we absolutely love it! Everyone is so nice and helpful!
