Great Customer Service and Professional Employee's
I am so upset with what Dr. Sellier has put my mother through. Since AUGUST she has tried to get glasses and with 2 eye appointments and now they are asking her for another eye appointment. They are riding on her insurance! Watch out for this group because they are after older people’s insurance. After 2 eye exams and 6 weeks of being without glasses to see they are wanting her to make a 3rd eye exam appoint. If you can’t determine an eye prescription off of ONE exam, you should not be practicing medicine. This is ridiculous... read more
My prescription wasn’t right. I was told that all I had to do was come in. Once there it was confirmed that my prescription was wrong, then I was told that I would have to schedule an appointment. I would understand if this was my mistake but it was the doctors. I have already took off twice and will now have to take off a third time. This is unacceptably. Not everyone has the liberty of taking off whenever to meet the needs of the doctor when the doctor is the person that read my eyes incorrectly. This should have been corr... read more
