I had had a very positive experience with this company until I experienced a problem. The delivery came on the wrong date, the pen was no longer cool (which meant it needed using immediately and within 30 days) and the pen only dispensed 3 doses instead of 4. They were unbelievably hard to contact. I had videos and pictures of the problem. The company kept insisting I was using the pen incorrectly. Been using on and off over a year now usually fantastic I put an order in the 12/12/24 I still haven't received my order tried contacting them several times by email and there not getting back to me they don't seem to have a phone number
