My home away from home for the past 5 years . The perfect downtown location.
Over the course of three years of living at the Viridian, so many issues occurred. The Manager had a pompous attitude and refuses to admit when mistakes are made. My guest’s car was towed improperly (resulting in a $300 recovery fee). The same guest also had his vehicle stolen from Viridian guest parking. Recently, there has been an altercation between residents resulting in the discharge of a firearm on a residential floor.
