The endodontists here are top notch. Dr Hsu re-treated my root canal in a herculean effort. I've never met anyone who communicated so well, sought to truly understand their patient's concerns, and explained things so clearly and patiently. He was truly amazing. The practice also squeezed me in with another endodontist for a time-sensitive issue. The Virginia Endodontic Group exceeds all expectations. Doctor Hsu is thoughtful, professional, and clear in his explanation of all procedures. The techs also have a very calming influence. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Hsu to anyone. He has my trust and that is a major and positive aspect when dealing with dental issues.
Call me weird for saying this, but I just had a Root Canal at Virginia Endodontic Group. it wasn't nearly as bad as l was anticipating, now that it's over, I think I enjoyed the experience...lol. The doctor and her assistant was just awesome. I highly recommend this facility.
My visit to the Endodontic Group was great! The office staff are professional and kind. Dr. Kwak and Dental Assistant were great! Dr. Kwak was professional and compassionate. His assistant made sure I was comfortable. He performed the procedure well and he made sure I understand his instructions and he opened the floor for any questions or concerns I had. Dr. Dao is terrific! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient, and she takes a conservative approach.
