I had NO idea what I was missing <3 Sarah is so knowledgeable about how to get to the places that are causing pain in our bodies - From wear and tear , stress , injuries (frozen shoulder), disability ..chronic pain,(MS), degenerative disc disease, arthritis…. years that we might not have treated ourselves with love and self care !! Highly recommend you visit!
