The customer service at this organization leaves a lot to be desired!!! I have had the pleasure of speaking with two individuals regarding a liner that was ordered in their system May 5 2021. This order has been continually pushed out in two week increments with the most recent delivery date being July 29 2021. I would strongly recommend anyone in need of a pool liner to avoid vinyl works if at all possible. This company is not customer oriented in any way!!!!!!
