Our new fence is beautiful and brightens up our entire yard. The men you took down the old fence and put up the new fence were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Our original contact person was kind, knowledgeable, and just a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend them. Since our fence was put up it also made part of my 3 neighbors properties look great. You never know they may also get a new fence because of the Great job that was sent on the fence We put up
***Update: Still no deck. I was told a week or so after the 7th that my install might be done in september, its now september and i am being told MAYBE December now... Had an appointment with sales person that was quick and relatively easy/pleasant around june 17th, paid the deposit, etc. Site manager came out june 30th to finalize details. Went great, was pleasant, was told would get installed around first or second week of august and that it would be about a 3 day job. Still waiting to get the job done. Ron and Josh of Rochester did an excellent job installing my PCV deck. They both worked very hard to get my smaller size project completed in one day. They were very friendly and professional. My new deck looks amazing. I highly recommend their services. Conner was also very professional and kept me updated every step of the way as to when I could expect the project to begin and be completed
Chose this company to put in a handicap ramp for my husband. After installation I noticed some issues, inconsistencies with their work. They came back fairly quickly to straighten the very visible crooked railing, but the steps going down the other side were wrong also. One step was at 7 inches, the second was just over 3 inches. This also was on the repair list.
