Nice product, quick installation. Had a fence installed around my pool, and the gate scrapes my new grass and stone paver; it won't open all the way or auto-close unless you lift up on it. The gate hinge has no support, as it droops when you open it. I had my landscape company dig deeper to try to help, but it still scrapes. I have reached out to Vinyl outlet a few times, and finally got a reply after 3rd try. They said their repair coordinator would reach out, but they have not.
