Did not return calls not the way to run a business
Excellent experience. Had a 20 year old vinyl covered massage chair repaired. It had cracks in the seat and arm rests but was still functionally new. The owner promptly came to my home and promised the return of the repaired parts 4 days later. The resulting items were returned on time and reasonably priced. Service: prompt, reliable, reasonable, and knowledgeable.
