Terrible place, staff is wonderful, except for office staff and whoever profits from this place profits well, if you fall in the dinning area they charge 26.00 to pick you up..thank god we were able to get our mom out of this crap hole!! And the back walk is a hazard wish I had the pics to post..

I'm always happy to see my friend in the Vinton Lutheran home. One of the great comforts I get is the staff that is around him each day, he talks so well of them. And as I meet them it's true. It's just a building without this staff, it is them that makes it a home

The Lutheran home treats new staff with the most respect. Before you know it they treat you like garbage a lot of people are quitting currently because lack of respect for other employees and poor management. They expect one person to be able to do it all and that's not right. The nurses station sits around and bullies other coworkers on the walkies. It's sickening on how much drama and disrespect is at the Lutheran home. To be honest I'd give 0 stars but Google won't let me
