I absolutely love the vintage lofts! This has been the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Yvonne and Matt and rose are amazing and so everything they can to make sure you are well accommodated and happy and your apartment! I would recommend living here to anyone!
Poor management, not clean and not safe. Not good for a young professional.
Office staff Joel told me visitor parking is 3rd floor ramp and above. Then they towed my rental car from the ramp when my car was being serviced. They must have a deal with the tow company! Tell you your guests can park on the ramp and tow your car. No hot water, hallway lights out, safety buzzers don't work. Save your money. Rent some place else! Unless you like your car and your guests cars towed constantly. Then by all means rent here!
Never followed through with fixing things. Hot tub was broke for the year I was there. It worked about 6 weeks the whole time.
This has been an amazing place for my son to live during his last two years of college @ UT. Close to school, new, and very nice. Pool areas are beautiful too! Except for the locks on the main door to get to the apartments that have been broken many times, this has been a great place to live!
Started out as a great place, and went downhill quickly. Living on the 3rd floor you would hope to not have dog pee/poop all the time in the walkways and stairs (10 of the past 25 days) but there is, the doors which are locked have are broke constantly, the elevator was without a license for nearly 3 months, gate was broke half-closed for days, and it is basically an active construction zone. Not worth the money, go across the street to other complex for sure.
