Placed an order, never received it and was told there was nothing they could do because I didn’t pay for insurance. I lost a lot of money, and won’t order again! Watch out people

Ordered shoes...Never received. Called and talked with Holly she suggest I go to the post office. Went to the post office 4 times now and they say they delivered my shoes (not) and now it’s a problem of The Vintage Leopard. Holly said she would file a claim for me. What a crock of crap. You should send another pair of shoes. It’s obvious with me kicking up this much of a stink that I never got the shoes. BUT The Vintage Leopard got my money!!!!
