We have been in our house since Dec. 2023 and we absolutely love it. The professionalism shown to us during the entire process was great. The house is well-built. We could not be happier with our experience. The neighborhood is great--lots of walking paths, great swim club.
Chris Beard is excellent, very personable, easy to reach, was there to answer any questions I ever had and really took great care of me. If you’re looking for a great neighborhood with amenities, lake access, walking trails and pickle ball I would definitely recommend looking here.
