STAYYY AWAYYYY This place is absolutely AWFUL. Most of the reviews on this website absolutely have to be FAKE. This place was built in like the 1960's and it feels like we are stuck in the 1960's. My neighbor is a skinny little thing and I can hear every. single. step. she makes. The utilities are high because this place is so old. If I could give this apartment 0 stars I would. I moved in August 2014 and for a year it was the worst experience. From the air conditioner breaking multiple times, to the dryer, stove, fridge, and let's not forget the MASSIVE leak in the guest bathroom and above our fire place that was never and I mean never fixed. If you live in apartment 3404 I recommend you get buckets now. That doesn't even begin with the management. They are horrible and not helpful and are so disrespectful. I have also had a leaking roof issue for five months now with no repairs done. Their idea of repair is to put a tarp no the roof. I found black mold on the wall where the leak is. I called the code inspector with no results. Bribery goes a long way. The manager said it takes time to get this repair approved. The owner should be fined, jailed, and we should be made whole for this travesty. God will have His judgement on the slum landlords and owners one day. I have been a resident of this community for almost a year. Since moving in here, I have had 5 major equipment breakdowns. 4 of them were Air Conditioner failures. I'm writing this review to forewarn potential renters that this facility needs a major overhaul. And here's the best part. When I called the latest AC failure in, the person that took the call said they don't respond to AC failures at night. So much for prompt service.

Great Place to Live! – on the contrary to the other 2 rvws--i have lived there since january and am loving it. it is quiet and peaceful, most of the tenants seem responsible for their areas/pets/trash etc. and the one time i needed maintenance to fix my freezer, they were there the next day! the apartments are older, but i feel like every effort has been made to update and keep current and clean, as reflected in the price. it is a great option if you want the nice neighborhood of trophy club and the super school district w/o... read more

Worst Experience – The management is the worst and they don't hear you for anything. Really really worst experience to live there. If got any issues, they will always ask for money. All the appliances are really really old, so the electricity bill will be too high here. Water bill is the second most big issue, it will come around 70-80$ per month, without too much using. Stay away – I'm guessing after being there though the summer and getting your air conditioning bill because they wont update the units. My bill ran at $300 plus this pass summer without dropping below 85. On a one bedroom apt. I use blinds, room darking curtains and then added black out shades. Seems like every other month I will get a note stuck in the door saying I'm late . When instead they have added my rent to someone else's account.
