We loved living at the Vineyards for the past 7 years. We would have stayed forever, if we hadn't made the decision to grow our family, and purchase a house. It is a super quiet complex, with kind & helpful neighbors, and a property manager that truly cares. Living here so long I did get to know many property managers throughout my time. Mario is by far the BEST & has been so consistent for the Vineyards. Highly recommend living in this space.
My wife and I lived in the Vineyard Apartments for over 7 years and recently just moved because we bought our first house. I have had many apartments in my day, but this one is second to none. The communication and helpfulness from the property manager, Mario, is truly in a class of its own. He is the most genuine, helpful, and attentive property manager I've never had. He truly cares about the people living there, and does everything he can to make it a truly fantastic place to live. Thank you for everything, Mario!
Nice place to walk dog
