I have tried to call the emergency number and only get a hello. I have a pest control emergency that was reported yesterday, was told they would be out to the apartment within a few mins, never showed up. Left a text, messaged the staff, no answer!! Issue is that my mother who lives there is highly allergic to wasps, there is a nest in the light fixture in the ceiling full of them. They have came through the ceiling. I can honestly say, my experience here was rough at first due to my toilet leaking and my water bill being sky high, but although that happened it’s been a wonderful experience. I had no issues, Jasmine was always prompt and ready to take action on all my needs. That’s one thing about her she handled business and I appreciate her so much for that.
