Pros * Maintenance requests are handled quicker than most other apartment communities I’ve lived in. * There are frequent community events if you like that sort of thing. * Solid (dumpster) waste is taken pretty frequently. * Property remains well landscaped nearly all year around. * Dog Park, Pool, BBQ area, & Gym. Though the pool is only open for a few weeks each year. Racists. Overcharging. Not so friendly staff. They barely respond. I would NOT recommend moving here, to many hidden fees for amenities. They barely picked up the valet trash but will give you a fine because of what they staff did. Ridiculous.
