We drove up on a Thursday at 3:40 pm. No phone number listed to call the facility. A kujo looking and sounding dog. Was at the doorway. There didn't seem to be anyone around. We were so looking forward to trying your vineyard. There was a gator parked with the door open. The dog barked as I walked up towards the entrance. Seemed to be no lights on. Which was a little scary for the 4 of us that were there.
At the entrance. 3:00pm thursday. Gate closed and locked. What a disappointment after driving 50 minutes to get here. Call before you come i guess.
We really like this vineyard. The wines are really good and they have a good selection. The owner and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have food trucks on weekends and you can even bring the food inside. Really nice place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.
Really nice surprise. Found it last minute on a Google search and truly enjoyed it. The owner Charlie is a down to earth, true blue kind of guy. We really enjoyed getting to know him, hearing his stories, and learning his history. A really nice guy who made us feel right at home. And oh yeah, the wines are fantastic!
