Sadly, our experience buying through The Vines real estate agency wasn’t great. There were a few hiccups and frustrating moments along the way, and by the end, we didn’t feel warmly welcomed into our new home. I asked whether Sam would meet me at the property to hand over the keys or should I meet her in her office. My family have had the opportunity of being both a buyer from The Vines and subsequently a seller (due to having to move interstate). Couldn’t recommend Chris and Sam enough. Extremely genuine people who don’t waste time and make what is usually a very stressful process a breeze.

Our experience with The Vines Real Estate was disappointing. We were greeted by Carol, who, when asked if the property was owner occupied or previously rented, said she didn’t know. This was concerning, as I would have expected them to know and advise potential renters beforehand, especially given the condition of the property. The front of the house was presentable, but inside and out, it was in poor condition, yet the rent was set at $900 per week.
