If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were interested in a property and submitted our applications, and we were charged an additional fee by the leasing agent. She assured us that the extra charge would be refunded. She showed us an apartment that was nowhere near ready—roach infestation, dirty carpet, dirty counters. She then showed us a second apartment, which was also incomplete. Because of this, we decided not to move forward and were told again that our refund would be processed. This was back in May.
