Do not rent with this place. Almost 4 months moved out and they have not given us the deposit money that is owed to us. Management changes every couple of months, save yourself the hassle of experiencing this horrible service.
This is by far the worst apartment complex. Not only did they not fix anything while my family lived there, they also have not paid us our deposit money. My family and I moved out in January and it’s April, all they say is that it’s out of their hands. Its looking like we will have to resolve this legally to get our money back which is so unfortunate. Maintenance asked me for tools, the office staff will always be spicy trash no matter what, and this complex need two more dumpsters at least. They said it was my AC unit leaking when it was really the bathroom above me, took about six weeks for that to get sorted. It's a place to live I suppose.
TENANTS! based on previous reviews, if your apartment is in an unlivable condition (roaches, no heating during freezing temps) GET A LAWYER. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY RENT IF YOUR APARTMENT IS UNLIVABLE (get a lawyer obviously, you can get them pro bono as a tenant) THEY STEAL ALL OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
