Overbooked, never seen the same doctor twice. Have to constantly chase up referrals. Appalling.

Horrible service, twice been sent to A&E due to my pain and suffering, A&E sends letters to GP which are ignored and not taken into account, been also suffering with H Pylori without any treatment offered by my GP. It is a shame being a GP in this practice, they do not care about people wellbeing it is all about finishing their shift, have a good laugh and getting paid their wages. It is funny when they also say ‘We do not accept bullying by the patients’ in the same time they are the people who bully all of us as patients.

If you can get past the receptionist, there is one in particular, I do not think she should be working in this position as she is very rude and unhelpful. You go to the doctor because you're in need. She has not got a caring bone in her body. If you actually get an appointment which is very rare. every Doctor I have seen has been so helpful and the credit do their profession. Seriously avoid this GP practice if you can. Lost prescriptions so many times. Very rude reception staff who outright lie, "it's illegal to not be registered with a GP, but you're moving half mile away so you can't come here anymore"... Impossible to get an appointment, and if you do the doctors don't actually listen to you. Very hard to get the medical care you need. The pharmacy next door is always out of medication as well.

If I could give no stars I would, only one doctor worth seeing here, the rest are so rude.
