I am writing to share my experience with the clinic. Unfortunately, I have been very frustrated with the service. My calls were not answered, my referral was not completed, and I was repeatedly sent to providers who did not accept my insurance. I visited and called multiple times without receiving the help I needed. However, on one visit, I met one of your employees, Noor, who was incredibly helpful. Worst customer service I may have ever had. You are not allowed to speak with anyone in the office. You can lci leave a message and get a call back from a call center in India. I was running 5 min late for an appointment and they canceled out, never called and left the office for the day.. don't waste your time.
