Just trying to get the fax number but no one ever answers the phone. It's like this at all their locations. They say that if you text them, they'll respond the same day but this is not true.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the phone service at your medical center. Every time I call, I receive no answer. Due to this situation, I decided to visit the center in person to address my concern. When I asked why the phones were not being answered, the young man who attended me said, "they must be broken.
