We started using The Vine Landscaping last July (2024). At first things went well, but lately they sent a different crew out for some reason. One of them was very rude to me and the other guy smashed our fence to pieces. The owner refused our calls to come over and fix it for almost 2 weeks until we called the police, then he fixed it instantly. Professionally handled my landscape project. I appreciate their staff working diligently throughout the morning and while working, consulted with me on various aspects of the job. Final product looked great.

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for lawn care. This company has been both careless and unresponsive. A mower struck the side of my house with enough force to chip the brick and severely damage a rain downspout. I called the same day to report the issue and was told it would be passed along and someone would follow up. No one did. To make matters worse, an entire section of my yard was left uncut, and the back gate was left open—resulting in my dog escaping later that day. I followed up by email to suspend servic... read more

Personnel showed up to give estimate on time. Work was completed on time. Communication from start to finish was excellent. This was our first time using this company and I would use them again .
