Hired them for lawn services about three weeks before leaving for a long trip. Wanted the mowers to visit prior to our departure to see how they worked. Also hired them for a one time job to cut back some overgrown hedges. The hedge crew arrived with one pair of manual pruning clippers. They said another crew took their normal tools. They came back the next day with the proper tools but was unfamiliar with their use. They tried to just trim about an inch, but the job was for a foot to be cut. This is the level of service you don’t expect to get but this has been the issue with this company for a while now. I do not understand how the level of service has gone down since we’ve been with them. I’m at the point that I’m going to just find someone else. Please do better The Vine Landscaping.
We started using The Vine Landscaping last July (2024). At first things went well, but lately they sent a different crew out for some reason. One of them was very rude to me and the other guy smashed our fence to pieces. The owner refused our calls to come over and fix it for almost 2 weeks until we called the police, then he fixed it instantly. He also didn't want to hear about how rude one of his workers was, he showed no interest, he couldn't care less. They certainly threw a monkey wrench into our lawn care plans halfway... read more
Professionally handled my landscape project. I appreciate their staff working diligently throughout the morning and while working, consulted with me on various aspects of the job. Final product looked great.
