I am so disappointed in how our landscape was done. I ask for de weeding and what do they do in the play area was play ground mulched over grass. I have had to buy gallons of weed killer. One gallon just covers the playground. Rocks were great look great but having to spray them too. As far as the front yard,if they had de weeded I wouldn’t have all this see pictures. Today was first day of service and my yard looks great.
When I chose this company the conversation was business. Once I gave my permission to have the work done things went in a different direction. The next day the truck showed up with topsoil/seed mixed and straw. The young man knocked and proceeded to spread the mixture with a shovel. He stated he would let me know when he was done so that I could review the finished product. He did not! He left later stated he knocked and rang the bell and got no response. Title: Paid in Full But Service Not Rendered – Unprofessional and DisorganizedI paid in full for the 2026 yard mowing and edging season, but The Vine Landscaping has completely failed to deliver. Their policy apparently dictates ignoring the outside perimeter of my yard when edging. Communication is nonexistent; multiple office calls and emails went completely ignored.
