Hi I have been at the Vine before the last apartment was completed. In fact, I leased mine before it was completed because it was exactly what I needed. I am giving kudos to Cynthia our front desk concierge!!! I think the entire building knows her!! She has been taking care of all of us since she got there. I never have to worry about my packages, if It’s delivered to Cynthia, I’ll get it. Thank you Cynthia for being you!!!
Kids screaming, running and slamming doors 24/7. Paper thin walls, weed wafting into your apartment, Dog sht on the floors (blending into the dark carpet) and trash bags considerately placed on the floor of the trash room. If you work from home you hear preventable noise all day long. A simple implementation of soft close cabinets, drawers and apartment front doors would make this place bearable - but management ignores this despite noise being the number one complaint. I’ve lived at The Vine for over three years, and it has truly felt like home. The friendly and helpful staff is one of the reasons I’ve enjoyed my time here. Special shout-outs go to Sammy and his wife in the janitorial department, who keep the building spotless and are always ready to lend a hand. The Vine was a place I called home, immediately upon my arrival approximately five years ago from out of state. I did not mind that they are a little pricey, based on the appearance and cleanliness of the property. The grounds were well maintained, the clubhouse/lobby was beautiful. The carpeting in the hallways were clean and well kept. The staff-Cynthia, including the maintenance staff (Cody) are very helpful and friendly.
