The Vine has been my home for the past three years, and I feel so at home. The staff is fantastic, but Cynthia is my go-to. She’s always there with a helping hand, whether it’s with packages or just to brighten my day with a quick chat. It’s people like her that make this place feel like home. I highly recommend giving this place a chance.

I recently renewed my lease at the Vine for the second time. I love living here. It's a beautiful place that is clean and well maintained. The management staff and the maintenance team are awesome. The first point of contact is Cynthia, our concierge. Cynthia always greets everyone with a welcoming smile, and asks you to let her know if she can help with anything. She's very kind and professional and makes me feel like I'm coming home. I highly recommend living at the Vine to anyone looking for a great place to live.
My daughter wrote the review on the refridgerator issue. I can attest that she and her husband have experienced a serious problem as I have followed closely the communications of the staff and our daughter. Per the FDA a refridgerator temperature should be between 32 to 40 degrees for food safety. Their fridge only cools to 45 degrees. UNACCEPTABLE LIVING CONDITIONS. We reported that food was rotting within 2-3 days in the apartment over a week and half ago. As a result, my husband and I have gotten sick and we have had to throw out all of our food. The vine has refused to consistently provide a suitable alternative to store our food. They have said on three separate occasions that they would replace our refrigerator and then they refused to.
