Water Heater down on Monday. Water Heater completely replaced with a New Water Heater ON MONDAY(same day)! Super Service by maintenance man.
The worst experience ive had, management is the worst, they dont listen, and they just want to collect rent, roaches are the worst and property is so so invluding smell is the worst and drugs and property is not well, Dont move they spray over mold and leaks.
I’m giving four stars because improvement is happening thanks to new management Sara and Naomi that care and are addressing issues. My move in was rough, next door neighbor was a pot addict so that was rough he just moved out so new couple moved in, finally peace. The property is beautiful with tile bathroom and huge walk in closet!! The location is wonderful to shops,groceries and restaurants along with nature trails and safe community neighborhood.
