After spending three years in this complex, I would give it 0 stars if I could. First, the management turnover during my time here was alarming—at least three different community managers and several leasing agents. This indicates serious issues and speaks volumes about the company culture. Increasing current tenants' rent to push them out while only offering short-term lease renewals? An apartment complex with everything you could ask for! Convenient location ✅️ Nice walking trails ✅️ Pool ✅️ Dishonest leasing agents ✅️ Roaches and beg bugs ✅️ Severe black mold that will make you very sick ✅️
