Right from the moment we entered the Villa we were totally blown away by the beauty in Japanese inspired architecture and the attention to detail with the luxe interior! It exceeded our expectations! Stunning! The added feature of the private outdoor pool/ hot tub and lounge/dining made it hard to even leave the Villa. I had read a lot of reviews about the outdoor toilet so I had my concerns but it wasn’t a bother but the step over into the toilet is a bit of a hazard so be mindful! Beautiful accomodation, walking distance from beach.
We had to cancel our holiday because of Cyclone Alfred, after initially agreeing to cancel and refund our stay, hotel management “changed their mind” and were the ONLY business refusing to refund out of all the cancellations we made. Shame on you, no one can book here with confidence since you show absolutely no flexibility.
