The staff is very customer friendly. I specifically like how they are continually ask for how they can better serve us and many changes result from our suggestions!
My mom has been a resident there for about four years. The facility is spotless and very well maintained. The best thing about Waterford Place is its genuinely amazing staff. I feel good knowing she is cared for by such a loving team of professionals.
