Wonderful magnificent setting but some of the staff way below par; a.shame because the experience ruined. It started going along to have breakfast at the hotel's.dining room..We rocked up to the maitre.d to be asked "do you have a reservation?" I said no we are.staying here, we are on vacation, we didnt know.at what.time we would wake up. I cant remember ever having been asked if i had a reservation for breakfast at.a hotel at whixh i was staying. Once we finally got into the dining area there were many many vacant tables. The VALET service is HORRIBLE, 1 star is still too much. It takes longer than 45 minutes for me today, 8/29 afternoon. The madam informed me it’s on the way after my waiting for 20mins, and I still waited for another 25mins to get my car. When I was asking when could I get my car, the answer was only “it’s on the way” repeatedly. Good location for 5-star definitely. No experience on the room so no comment, mid 3-star.
Terranea is top-notch and all their employees go above and beyond to provide the best service. I had booked a weekend for me and my girlfriend but could not make it due to a family emergency. I had to cancel last minute and the team at Terranea accommodated my request without charging me for ANYTHING. Not even the non-refundable deposit. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family, and look forward to booking a future trip here! Thanks Terranea Team! Keep up the great work!
We visited Nelson’s today for lunch. The service was spectacular and the food was incredible. I would highly recommend Terranea as a special place to enjoy!
