Horrible place! Staff was uncaring and totally unhelpful and could barely speak english. The whole place was filthy, the air conditioning was off or not working. No privacy in the toilet room and the hallways were noisy with people going in and out. The doors were open during the day letting flies in and the food was terrible. I never felt taken care of or safe. I left after 24 hours and would never go back. This place does not even deserve 1 star.

I Have nothing but good to say about my stay here at the Villas of Richfield. The Nurses and Staff here are very much on top of all of our needs, I am always met with a smile. they make you feel comfortable and always asking if they can get you anything. always caring. there is more I could say. what more do you need I give 5 stars If i could go higher it would of been high 10,
