The nursing staff, the whole staff is horrible. I received a call from my brother in the middle of the night. He was in excruciating pain so long story short I called the nurses station and was told by the nursing staff that there was nothing they could do ! This place is horrible. They have been very caring with my husband.Who has been their a week or more.!The nurse Lilly at front desk is always willing to help with his issues.! The nurses that take care of him also have been good!!it's June of 2025 we would love to come back their! Friendly and caring people!!!We were lucky to come back!My husband has been here almost a month!They have met all his needs!!My husband has been here since June 2025.They have helped him with therapy alot! My name is Neal Bugella. My experience at the villas at Richfield was very good. They knew why I was there and they knew that I needed special medication from another facility that they did not provide.They were very cooperative and helpful working around my time that I set up to go to this other facility to get my other medicine. This was a big deal because I was in bad shape and could not walk and had to use a wheelchair which I'm not used to. If I could give a zero star I would. This place is the worst place I have ever seen. If you care at all about your loved one please please don’t send them here. They are so neglectful, it is dirty, smells bad, the staff is just awful, they are rude and don’t give a crap at all. They eat at the nurses station while call lights are on, it takes them about 35-40 to respond to a call light to help someone just go to the bathroom, the residents just sit in their own filth, they give a bath once a week, they act like it’s nuisance... read more
