Richfield is a great place. Management works together to give the best care to residents.
I was robbed immediately of all the cash from my purse. I was given a bedside commode to use because of mobility issues, but it was not screened or curtained off, so every time someone entered the semiprivate room they faced me on the pot. In 7 days there was no opportunity to wash my hands. I was not given an antidepressant that was on my medlist because they said it was too expensive, yet it had been approved by my insurance company because I have treatment resistent depression and it was helping.
