The Villas is a GREAT place to live (!), but even more than that is Allison who you'll work with in the office. She has been extremely accommodating, flexible, and helpful. We've been going through the selling of our house process prior to moving there. Allison has been extremely patient & understanding & made this process SO much easier! I couldn't imagine working with anyone else, nor living in a better place. It's so clean, in a fantastic location, & the perfect size community with great amenities!
We liked the flat and the community. Allison was very cheerful upon meeting us and gave us her attention to our questions throughout the tour. It was a great opportunity for us, so with that we picked a place a date and here we are; also, we felt more welcomed here than we ever were anywhere.
This is a really beautiful property and peaceful neighborhood.
I love the community vibe, the homes are beautiful, there are trails throughout to walk the dogs, and the neighborhood is so peaceful. Allison was tremendously helpful during the entire move in process. If you’re looking to move to this area I highly recommend
