Awful customer service, poor email/communications management, and they did not care at all about seeming competent to potential leasers. From reading the other reviews, I am so glad I saw the writing on the wall and went with another apartment. DO NOT RENT HERE.
Bloodsuckers who tried to evict an elderly disabled man during a pandemic for something he was not at all at fault for, publicly lied and said they would no longer pursue eviction when the community rallied around him, and then callously evicted him secretly shortly thereafter.
I lived here from 2016-2018. During my time with them, the management company changed hands. The entire situation was handled very poorly. Mid lease change, but never received a new lease with the new management company. Office staff was mostly incompetent. They evicted a disabled man during the global pandemic when it was his care facility who failed to pay his rent. he was not given the opportunity to speak at the eviction hearing because it was his care company who was being sued. yet, it was this man who was thrown out o... read more
You’re trash! Evicting a man during a pandemic while there’s restrictions. Trash. And now everyone knows it. It’s spreading like wildfire... you lied to the public. I hope the rest of your tenants walk from their lease. Luxury apartments: what a joke!
I have been living here for a month now and have a list of issues with some of them remaining and without clear answers. If you are looking for a place with an AC unit that works properly and for you to be able to keep your apartment temperature as desired this not the place for you. Unfortunately, management has not been very helpful. I wish I could say otherwise.
We moved last month and our experience so far has been very bad. Our place did not get cleaned before we moved in. Shower sliding doors do not work properly, we have had a work order in since last month for this issue, they have confirmed the doors don’t work but have yet to replace them. There was a roof leak in one of our rooms (this is the only item that has been fixed). Greedy. Unbelievable. We stayed there while we waited for our house to be built. During the pandemic, so of course our house took longer to build. They wanted to jump our rent by 50% more to almost $3500/month! After we had already secured a temp house, they came back and said we could stay for the same outrageous price we were at. So we moved, during a pandemic. Shameful.
RecommendedOrion on Main Street is a Nice, clean and very safe place to live in. I really like it and I recommended as nice place to choose for living in Ann Arbor city.
