Awful place. I would’nt recommend it to my worst enemy. They owe my back my deposit and when I call to ask for it back they act like they don’t know. Going to get my lawyer involved soon.
The management here is beyond bad, they are illegally harassing tenants into paying unlawful fees. If it couldn't get any worse than Emily P****** and Peak Living, now they've hired AMC, Apartment Management Consultants, LLC. The new agents are belligerent and refuse to communicate except to post threatening notices on the door.
management isn't willing to talk to you about any issue or concerns that you have. My apartment flooded due to the people above me and it look 2 weeks for maintenance two weeks to "fix" the damage. My walls turned yellow and all they did was paint one layer of paint over it which didn't work. They also wouldn't test for mold because they said mold only grows if water is constantly running for 48 hours and its too dry here in New Mexico. I currently live in these apartments, worst apartments and management ever. I've had a broken a/c for 6 weeks call the office they just keep saying their waiting for a part no one is in a rush to do anything. Maintenance will come say they fixed something still broken. They came last week to "fix" the sink still broken. When I first called about the air all the manager did was argue with me. The Villas at La Privada business is an example of poor customer service due to multiple issues. The first issue is that the complex does not have enough maintenance crew to address the volume of work orders. The intake and training on inputting work orders, processing, and recording completions is disorganized and inconsistent. The office staffing isn’t consistent. Our records indicate we first received written notification of this issue on 9/26. On 9/27 a 24 hour notice to enter was issued to this unit. On 9/28 a contractor Briteway services entered the unit and sent samples to Pro Lab for Testing. All affected drywall in entry closet was remediated on 9/28. Remediation company certification number is available upon request. Unit was restored by 10/1.
