Clean bigger units
Landlord ripped us off on our deposit for painting walls !!! Told us the wrong color match and then charged us for 75% of walls for filling holes from hanging pictures! We also had to pay to shampoo and clean professionally. Danny jones is the landlord. Watch out! Also the HOA is a joke! They took bbqs away and they continue to harass people here
The HOA with these villas is a complete joke. Gigi the HOA president is as unprofessional as they come. I would steer clear of the housing here, there are better options elsewhere.
